Hayfield Meadow Grasses & Creatures

“Hayfield Meadow Grasses” is a pencil canvas produced from two photographs dated 2121hrs 8th July and 2044hrs 15th August 2022. 

The main composition is created from the before image.  Cottongrass (mid-centre-appropriate) is additional for inventive impact from the latter photograph.  I kept the cottongrass macro-composition derived from its very same graphic.

The artwork is in the model of plant pressings located in botanical guides. Also, early scientific drawings, which day at the minimum during the past two millennia.

As you can see with evaluating my artwork with the photos, I bundled two buttercups and the feeling of the meadow grasses transferring. The cottongrass in the latter photograph options 3 horizontal and a few vertically placed depictions of similar.

Whilst I did not consider to trend a encounter from the cottongrass, it does appear to be to seem as these. Similarly the buttercups get a equivalent form, showing up as eyes. I certainly like this piece. Very truthfully it’s as excellent as I would hope for in my ‘planning’ an artwork.

Far more spontaneity. Listed here are two doggy artworks. Two distinct young canine from within just my relatives. I’m not guaranteed I ever drew a canine just before as an adult, to be perfectly straightforward.
