When Apple TV Plus first launched in November 2019, many people were skeptical that the company that made Mac PCs and iPhones could launch a streaming service that could compete with the likes of Netflix, Hulu, and Disney Plus (which launched the same month). However, the list of Apple TV Plus movies and shows has grown steadily since its launch, and now its library of content includes some of the most acclaimed and award-winning content streaming.

The fact that Apple TV Plus has (so far) managed to maintain its rock bottom price of $4.99 a month while continuing to add more high-quality content to the service is also a testament to the service.
